The air conditioner in the room was a nightmare. It wouldn't function properly, constantly turning off and leaving us feeling uncomfortable. Plus, the fridge didn't work at all and smelled horrible, making our stay even more frustrating.

The color scheme in my Standard King Room was lovely, with beautiful shades of blue that created such a cozy atmosphere. The shower head was fantastic I felt genuinely welcomed.

The King suite felt spacious and was well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. I loved the biscuits and gravy. it added a comforting touch on a cold, rainy morning. One minor issue was the entrance to the hotel. It could be more clearly marked because it’s a bit confusing navigating in. My friends found it tricky to locate even with GPS. Our first room had an unexpected surprise – boots left at the end of the bed! Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a clean and well-prepared room. I appreciated the prompt response from the manager. Having breakfast served in a conference room felt a bit odd too. Overall, my stay was enjoyable despite these hiccups.
